Moving on to secondary school - parent/carer questionnaire

Overview

Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council would like to learn about your experience of your child's transition from primary to secondary school. This questionnaire is intended for parents and carers of children who are now in Year 7. Your feedback will help us understand what worked well and identify areas where additional support may be needed. Responses will be collated and used to inform best practice across Stockton-on-Tees, supporting both schools and the local authority to continually improve the secondary school transition experience for children and their families. The questionnaire should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. All responses will be treated confidentially and any reporting will be anonymised.
