Let's Talk Central Stockton and Portrack Pride in Place

Overview

Pride in Place Central Stockton & Portrack wants to talk to you! 

Stockton has been chosen to take part in a national Programme called Pride in Place. Each chosen site will get a pot of money (nearly £20m) to be spent in the neighbourhood, nearly £12.5m of Capital, for buildings, facilities and public spaces and £7.2m for activities, services and events. This money can only be spent in the neighbourhood, but we hope it can bring improvements for people outside the area too. 

A Neighbourhood Board will be set up to decide how the money will be spent over the next 10 years. But the plan needs to be shaped by the people who live and work in the area.  

It’s really important that Pride in Place Stockton talk directly to as many people linked to the area as possible! That’s why we want to speak to you! 

We also want to discuss setting up a Neighbourhood Board and advisory groups that will help the Neighbourhood Board make decisions over the next 10 years!
