Local Plan Scoping Consultation

Overview

Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council is at the very start of the process for creating a new Local Plan and in this scoping consultation we are seeking your views on:

• how we should engage with you and / or people that you represent;
• what key priorities the plan should be seeking to address;
• the challenges we face and opportunities available to address them; and
• strategic issues that will shape the future of our Borough.

This consultation will run from 23 October 2026 to 23:59pm on 04 December 2026.
